Mr. Chinzorig, Chairman of the Communications Regulatory Commission, was awarded the title of “Honored Communicator of Mongolia”. He has been working for a total of 32 years, including 24 years in a senior position in the communications and information technology sector. He shared his impressions on this occasion and thanked the government, parents, families, the entire industry, and Mr. Jasrain Jantsan, the former Director of Mongol Post JSC for welcoming him in this field.

During his tenure as director of Mongol Post JSC from 2005 to 2015, Mr. Chinzorig increased the company’s net profit by 2.6 percent, introduced many innovative information technology-based services, and was awarded the Gold and Bronze awards by the EMS service of Universal Postal Union. In 2015-2018, he worked as the Deputy Director of “Telecom Mongolia” JSC. In cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science, Telecom Mongolia provided internet access to soum center schools, established wireless and fixed broadband networks in 52 remote soums and settlements, 207 soums of 21 aimags. , wireless and landline network delivery to the population, transfer from traditional landline to next-generation landline (NGN) technology, upgrade MIP70 service to all smart devices. He also was in charge of the development of “XYP” state information exchange system of the “Public E-service” project.
Mr. Chinzorig has been working as a Chairman of the Communications Regulatory Commission since September 2018 and led his team on the historical development and progress of work in promoting the sector, such as the amendments of Telecommunications law, RF, and Postal law as well as newly approved law on broadcasting.
